The Four Es of Conscious Co-Creation:
Essence ~ Emergence ~ Expansion ~ Expression
Underlying everything in the manifest realm of creation is a Universal Source ESSENCE, a pre-energetic Is-ness that becomes energy as it pours forth into the world of time, space, and matter.
This Essence energy is malleable and imprintable via the universal tools of Intention and Attention. This fact is the basis and foundation of becoming a conscious co-creator of our human life experiences. Conscious co-creation is central to Who I am and to what I do. It is an integral part of my Purpose and my Passion.
I am here to assist those who choose in connecting to this Source ESSENCE which is ever available within the depths of the heart. When connected and aligned in the Essence-energy, we are then able to flow with the EMERGENCE of what our Souls are here to EXPAND and to EXPRESS.
We are sourced ESSENCE in a sacred dance of EMERGENCE, EXPANSION, and EXPRESSION. Every present moment is an invitation to consciously co-create a life experience reflective of our magnificent Essence-selves.

As you can see from my mission statement, it is my passion to assist you in coming into the fullest and the most empowered version of your Highest Self. I am all about bringing the Light of Source Essence into the everyday activities and relationships of our human experience, allowing the ordinary to become extraordinary by virtue of the way we choose to show up in each and every moment of our days.
I have personally known the darkness and despair of believing and identifying with the limiting stories of who I was and what was and wasn’t possible for me. I finally came to realize that I was constrained by my own misperceptions, and that emotional forgiveness and spiritual devotion were the openings through which I could pass to an entirely different experience of life – a consciously co-created existence with more serenity, joyfulness, creative expression, abundance, and love than I ever dreamed was possible.
If you have found your way to this site, something is calling you to more. That something is the deep inner knowing of your own innate magnificence. I am here to remind you of that and to show you ways to experience more and more of it in every area of your life. That is what conscious co-creation is all about.
